disastour /dĭ-zăs:’tʊər/ noun. 1. A trip with visits to various places of destruction, natural disaster, or catastrophe for pleasure, or instruction. 2. A group organized for such a trip or for a shorter sightseeing excursion.
We went on a disastour to Chernobyl and saw the city that has been abandoned since the nuclear explosion in 1986.
