When a man fills up a woman's vagina, or anus with jizz, he pulls out and throws red and green glitter onto the filled orifice; then the either farts or queefs out the viscous white fluid and glitter mixture onto the man's face. Giving him a Christmasy/Snowy appearance pie to the face. Thus giving him a Wisconsin Christmas Pie.
