The flap of skin that covers human knuckles. Often pinched, chewed, or fiddled with as a form of self-soothing. Considered the finger’s counterpart to the “wenis” (elbow skin).
Like the wenis, the fenis can wrinkle, stretch, and be subject to absent-minded fiddling. Some neurodivergent folks even chew or bite their fenis as a calming ritual.
