An area to describe northern Ramsey Minnesota towards the City of Nowthen. The more farther north from highway ten the more hillbilly country it becomes until you hit Saint Francis where the whole town smokes meth.

Yeah bill, I’ll bring the Busch light and marb reds over I just gotta make a quick stop in Ramtucky to let my dog out.
