Accidental Dick Exposure. Basically when your dick lets loose and flies out of your pants. Often happens when going commando, and your pants zipper fails. (Oops.) Also by men with long ones or short pants and it shows when sitting down.

Person1: *red hot face*
Person2: What happened?
Person1: I was going commando, and I got ADE so embarrassed!!! Like all my coworkers and boss were there
Person2: *snigger*
Person1: *kick in the nuts* How dare you
