When a Vice Presidential Candidate is chosen based on no other merits than their physical appearance and relative youth in comparison to their running mate. First coined upon the selection of Sarah Palin as John McCain's VP Candidate

She doesn't need to know what a Vice President does, she's just a Trophy Veep.
