An interjection usually used when one is totally wicked pissed.

"Rowwwwwwwwwwww can you get out of the booth? I'm neurotic. I have to sit in the booth."

"...Are you fucking kidding me, Duncan? You've never sat in a goddamn chair before? Shittlebits! You cannot be fucking serious!"
