Preteen driving

Where a person who is under 13 gets in a car and drive. There or sometimes cases of it. Usually they cat cased by the cops.
There is a movement to teach preeteens how to drive on a closed course and have them pratice driving on it and as soon as they enter there teens or turn 13 to let them drive.
The idea is that the younger a person learns to drive the more pratice they can get driving and the better driver they will become.

social prisoner

A person who is in prision for breaking one of the laws that enforce one of the taboos of society and not one of the more serious crimes like murder.
Some of those people are in prision for breaking taboos such a having sex with a minor or there sister. smoking or selling pot, moon shining, not wearing clothes or breaking someones knees in a fight ect.

When is the U.S. going to release it's social prisoners.
