A boy and girl name who is very handsome/beautiful and is typically a foreign person mostly Mexican, Puerto Rican or Dominican. They are an amazing partner in the bed and will make you attatched. Be careful when you cross them though because they can get really crazy when they need to be and will go to war over anybody they love/care about and won’t stop fighting for what they want so if you ever happen to come across a “Dusty” keep them because they are rare especially the name and the type of person.
