An individual with a general lack of grace. A clumsy or blain person.

Bloke 1: "Man, i just can't handle this phone....."
Bloke 2: "Yeah, that will be your clown hands......"

A person which could in other more civilized times, be termed a "Goon"

"Hey Who is the dick-eyes?"

"Oh, he's Harmless. merely a hired Goon"
