A spin knob attached to the steering wheel of larger cars to facilitate turning the wheel using one hand and with little effort.

Darryl's '76 cadillac was pimped the fuck out. It had whitewalls, purple velvet interior, zebra striped bucket seats, mood lighting, and a gold nigger knob on the steering wheel.
