In baseball: When three outs are made in one inning. There must be at least two base runners and no outs for it to occur. They are very uncommon, but are a great thing to see, especially when you're favorite team gets out of a jam.
Harry Kalas: The score is 2-1 in the bottom of the ninth between the Cardinals and the Phillies with the Phillies leading. The Cardinals have the bases loaded with no one out, so Phillies closer Billy Wagner is in a jam. Pujols steps to the plate. IT'S SMOKED TO THIRD BASE! Bell steps on the bag and throws towards second! Utley makes the throw to first...GAME OVER!!!!!!!!!! THE PHILLIES WIN IT!!!!! IT WILL BE SCORED A 5-4-3 TRIPLE PLAY!!!!!!!!!!
