One who engages in West-type behavior such as: public meltdowns when criticized and blogging in all caps to display displeasure. Someone with a case of Westism may frequently declare him/herself to be the voice of a generation or hold dubious opinions regarding race and politics.
Me: Man, did you see how she reacted when I told her I didn't like her outfit? Girls got a serious case of Westism, I'm surprised she could fit in her car.
