1) Used instead of 'i love you,' it stands for the three words. Is used if a person its too lazy to write 'i love you' or can be used on a text message if there is not enough space.
For Example; instead of 'ok talk to you soon baby i love you'
it would read 'ok talk to you soon baby xxx'
it would read 'ok talk to you soon baby xxx'
