This sentence got popular after the great shitstormed of the media, and after that it was an meme used by his fans, haters and popular meme-creators (Dolan Dark). The short form "wafn" was firstly crated by an 13 year old afghan boy named "Salman Iklil" who first said it in a discord call.

"wafn" is used when someone do something that make him an asshole.
