How to admonish someone on a message board who posts the same thing over and over, endlessly usually in an attempt to control the flow of chat. A polite yet firm way of letting someone know he's a bore.

He: Joe starts the same thread every day, ranting and raving about the same tired shit.

She: Sheesh, Joe, get a blog.
