Pronounced far-kl, rhymes with "sparkle".
Term occasionally heard in the New York area. Sometimes spelt "farcal". Possible bastardization of the term "farcical".
Pertaining to a somewhat adenoidal, uneven tone of voice, common in young children who are highly expressive & equally excitable.
That sweet child has a wonderful imagination, & when combined with that farchal voice of hers, she's just darling.
