An industrial scale liar, who believes the laws do no apply to him.

Someone who treats others with contempt.

To do a dominic is to lie about what you did and why you did it because the law does not apply to you. A lie so big that you've attempted to lie to millions.

E. G. I had to drive for 30 minutes during a public lockdown to make sure my eyes were OK, it was reasonable to take my wife and son on this journey
