CCFCCP - AKA Coo Coo for COCO Puffs. A derogatory acronym used in the medical community to refer to people that are mentaly unstable.

Paramedic comes in with a man strapped to a gurny and says to the doctor: Hey Doc, looks like this one is CCFCCP.
