Verb, pronounced es-viea. The act of placing a mans testicles on a persons face while they are asleep, but with the exception of having a third testicle. A rare condition. This is usually done to people that you do not care for. Can be done in any situation as long as the victim is not in a conscious state of mind.
Drunk person1: Man I don't like this guy...
