One that can be performed only by God himself (highest in the 7 levels of otherworldly miracles)

Used in Urdu poetry, and for naming baby girls.

When someone wakes up from a coma,

"This is a Miracle!" (Urdu/Hindi: Ye toh Maujiza ho gaya!)
