Tacticum, expanded to "Tactical Cum", refers to the action of orgasming prior to attending a social event or situation in order to gain a tactical advantage, such as by feeling less sexually aroused by the opposite (or same) gender, thereby enabling oneself to sustain composure in the presence of provocative behavior.
