niggaporium

a council made up of "niggas" and they talk about the casual hood talk. Usually around 1 per every hood.

"Hey Valaquisha Moniqua II, you going to the niggaporium meeting next thursday?"

"Yo Yulanda Uniqua, you bet your buckaroo that i made the niggaporium council!"
