1 definition by Cornelius Fish

The entity on which anything can be blamed. Based on the 19th century French gentleman Cornelius Poisson, who allegedly was part of a syndicate of operatives who throughout history have been behind some of the greatest horrors and plagues in our world, such as statistics and the black plague. He supposedly got assasinated doing what he did best with his right hand, in the place he loved the most, the opera house. Some say there is a hidden statue of him somewhere in the sewers of Paris guarded by rats still carying the bubonic plague and rabies.
