Nundelian

Anyone living in Nundle, NSW, presumably born via the massive lack of condoms, due to the lack of knowledge of how to make them. A nundelian will often leave nundle, sometimes in large packs of 9-24, to gain supplies from tamhole, which is how they sustain themselves. For a nundelian, ten cents is roughly $200, so they are easily bribed.
