Thinsult 

Insult used by thin, health-conscious people who pat their flat stomachs and say things like 'Gosh, I'm getting so chubby!', usually in the presence of their much larger friends.

Thin Girl - (patting stomach) 'God look at me! I'm getting so fat!'

Fat Girl - 'Whatever, girl. Don't thinsult me!'
