Chunday

Fitness athletes, sports advocates and bodybuilders follow a strict diet. Cheat day is a laxed day of nutrition intake, generally reserved for Sunday (cheat day/Sunday - Chunday). A day when they specifically divert from their routinely strict diets and relax in their eating habits. A high carbohydrate/fat meal or series of meals consumed based on personal needs and nutrient timing results in a reset of the mind and spur the slowing metabolism. Rendering the individual ready for another strict week of clean eating.
