A youngster's prank originating in the playground's of Northern Ireland.It involves sticking a finger up your own anus then stealthily creeping up behind an unsuspecting individual and wiping the shitty finger across his/her top lip.

"Peter was pissing me off so i gave him a shitty lip. That wiped the smile off his face!"
