Someone who is willing to do just about anything to get a deal. It doesn't matter if what they're buying is junk, if they feel that the price is good, they'll do anything to get the deal (including standing in long-lines for hours and clipping dozens of coupons to physical violence and door crashing).
(Between two salesmen) Yep, we've got this $39 off-brand DVD player for all of the bottom feeders. Don't try to upsell them on anything else, just ring them up and get them the hell out of our store. We'll see them again when it breaks after two weeks of use, then we'll get them into a entry level piece.
