The Cardinal 

The Cardinal is a drink consisting of red wine, Cherry Sourz and a dash of tabasco sauce. Made famous by Colin "The Cardinal" Hill each element is red to represent the fact Cardinal is actually a reddy colour. It is often consumed with milk and bread.
