An underage guy or girl that you wanna get with, but if you get caught you could go to jail for statutory rape which carries a felony charge. 15 will get you 20

Guy 1: "Yo, that girl is fine, you gonna try to hit that?"
Guy 2: "Hell naw, she's felonteen."
