Rancid gas that escapes from the anus after taking a big poop. It is unforced and free-flowing.

I just took a big dump and now I have open hole gas.

Period Gas 

Sour, rancid, and generally intolerable gas that results from menstruation. Cramp pressure builds and forces foul odors to burst out and escape from the anus in rapid succession. Period gas cannot be controlled and typically lasts for 12-16 hours.

I have cramps and severe period gas. Did you get a whiff of Erica's period gas?
