PMS to a much much higher level. Persons suffering from DMS tend to have exaggerated symptoms of PMS, combined with multiple and sporadically exhibited psychoses often leading to desires of divorce, if not husbacide.

Person 1: Dana isn't acting like herself, lately.

Person 2: I know! She's got a bad case of DMS.
