Claire can either be bad-shit crazy, a badass, extremely sweet and nice, or all of the above. Most of the time, they are beautiful or intelligent. They can be extremely dirty-minded or very innocent. There is no in between.
Person 1: I know a Claire. She is the sweetest person I’ve ever met!
Person 2: I also know a Claire. She is a menace to society.
