An Anna is a person that is usually very gossipy and fake. They like to start rumors about people that aren't true, just to make people not like them. Annas usually smell like a dead fish with poop slathered on it. They are really annoying and always talk like 3 year olds. They are usually not very smart, and they have few friends that actually like them, meaning that only a couple of people don't see right through their fake personality. Most people do not like Annas, but pretend they do. They are also very spoiled. An Anna is always a big hoe.
Person 1: "I don't know why people think I am gay, someone must have started a rumor."
Person 2: "Must have been an Anna."
Person 2: "Must have been an Anna."
