A kind of Spanish Pig. Originating from the Spanish words "Jodocus" meaning faith, and "minawin" meaning fat derived from an animal, particularly Pork or Beef.
Found in plentitude in Portugal as well. They are renound for their aristocratic taste and are also great for barbeques.
