Walmart Rider
An insult used to describe incompetent people who take the scooters at Walmart cause they're too lazy to walk. This term is typically used in a normal setting to call someone overweight or very lazy. (or both)
Person A: That Sky chick is a Walmart rider
Person B: I know, I wish she would actually be more helpful
