flesh curtain

When a severly overweight person has layer of skin/fat that hangs/flaps down over their privates. Similar to a gunt but even more obese.

Bob tried to have sex with obese woman but he could not penetrate her flesh curtain.

BOB

stands for "Butt on Backwards". It is used to describe severely overweight men who wear their belt around their gut and cause a front bulge that looks like they have a butt in the front.

Notre Dames football coach Charlie Weis has a BOB.
