A person who is walking along while concentrating on their cell phone's screen, oblivious of their surroundings.

The CELIDIOT was hit by a car crossing the street as they text'd a message.

When you lend someone a book or other belongings and they do not return it. Your property becomes stolent.

I lent Mary my favourite book and because she won't return it my book is stolent.
