Hype 

Someone who says they're down for something, then says they're not. Similar to a flake, but worse. Science says that 1 in every 5 persons is a "hype"

Bro 1: "Hey bro! Lets go to the casino, then hit the strip club after."
Bro 2: "Im fuckin down!"
Later that night...
Bro 2: "So you down bro?"

Bro 1: "Nah man, imma stay in with my girl"
Bro 2:"Fuckin Hype ass foo!"

"Are you down or are you gonna be a hype?"
"Of course im down, I aint a hype."
