The constant tired/bored/hungry/drunk/skint state that plagues all University students.

"Hey man, how are you feeling today?"
"Universitified man, i haven't eaten in two days and there's been nothing decent on the tv. And i'm still drunk from last night."

A person who seems incredibly sensible and mature. But when they have a couple of units of alcohol in their bloodstream, turn into mad, gullible, fun-loving idiots.
