frank tier

The lowest of all tiers in the world. If someone tells you that you are a part of this tier you should reconsider your life choices. Similar to Greg tier but not quite that bad.

Person 1: "I'm gonna flake on balling today"
Person 2: "Wow loser, you're Frank Tier"
