1) An inconsiderate douchebag, most commonly associated with Harley riders
2) A person who owns or rides a Harley

While waiting for a left turn when the light turns yellow and every car keeps going through the intersection, and right as the light turns red and that douchebag in the bmw runs the red light so you can't go through. That guy is a fag.
