1. An annoying person that exhibits elitist gamer mentality at the expense of common sense and social skills.

2. A person classified as a “Johnny” demonstrates the worst possible behavior and suffers from extreme mental retardation.

My friend from Canada is such a “Johnny” because he made a the mistake of purchasing Suicide Squad for full price and thinking it would be good.
