An Albanian Doorstopper is a sex act, usually committed by 2 homosexual men. They start squatting back to back and see who can drop a deuce faster. Whoever does, shoves the feces into the other persons rectum, using their penis. They stop once the “shover” climaxes. Then the receiver must excrete the feces back out.
