Halloween: that time of the year when the weather gets miserable, Christmas is too far away and summer is nothing but a distant memory, because winter is going to be fucking long. So you might as well get excited about getting drunk in some stupid costume.

Girl 1: I'm so bored and I hate this weather.
Girl 2: It's Halloween, let's get some slutty costumes and go party!
