A very nooby, wish washy, or any other lame adjective substitute teacher that can’t settle down any class and either sounds very sweet and you feel sorry for them or sounds like a dying walrus and you’re glad to be disrespecting them.

“Oh my gosh, in science we got a total scrubstitute today.”
