A common misspelling of the slang term "boner" representinga male erection that is popular amongst the immature prepubescent boys attempting to impress their chums.
"Dude.. My cousin and I totally scribbled boneer under the trophy cabinet at the YMCA when we got in trouble at summer camp and were told to sit against the wall. Counselor Todd was clueless! Haha!!"
