KDMV (Kadouy Mae Vea) is a popular slang word in Khmer, it is used to replace 'Mother Fucker' in English. People say it when they are mad about something, or even small bothering thing. It is a common word for people to swear at each other at all ages.

Oh really? KDM ah John (John, a mother fucker)

Before the exam, I studied everything and was ready for it. But, during the actual exam, all the things I remembered were gone. I hate it so much, KDMV.
