waffler 

Someone who is lazy and wastes anothers time and or money because they don't but full effort into the thing they are doing. Such as a person doesn't put full effort into making breakfeast when they pop waffles into the toaster instead of actually cooking breakfeast (eggs, pancakes, etc..).

Tony said, "Louis, quit being a fucking waffler", when Louis played guitar hero instead of practicing guitar for his lessons.
